On standing between green and blue spaces

Kunstnarhuset Messen (Ålvik in Hardanger, Norway) is an international artists´ residency.
Near by the studios there is an art park showing works from previous artists in residency.

The park is a local, intimate space with trees, a lawn and sculptures. It is surrounded by buildings associated to industrial activities in Ålvik.

From the park there is a view on the Hardanger fjord, with distant mountains and wide waters on a monumental scale.

My work concentrates on creating a visual line standing between these two spaces, of which one is green, intimate and the other is blue, enormous.
